Located in Riyadh, the landscape around this 4400 sq.m site forms green corridors that seamlessly blend with the architecture. 

Lighting elements are the ultimate accent to the design quality, follows and enhancing the linearity of the design. 

Guest suites have exclusive access from the main gate for an efficient accessibility. For visual privacy,  there are two separate entries for the guests and the family members. The ground floor of the reception connects to an elevated garden that has a dining area beneath. The site is seamlessly connected to its three main functions —the main villa, guesthouses, and the private villa through an elevated balcony.  

The landscape embraces the natural contours with a grand staircase that leads to the heart of the residence. A swimming pool generates the center, and it’s surrounded by the guesthouses, reception and a private villa. Notwithstanding the privacy of the residents, it becomes an exclusive zone to relax and unwind throughout the day.
